NEC Phone Not Working

Symptom: NEC Phone not working



1. Make sure the lead is plugged in correctly into the back of the phone and the screen illuminates. 

2. Make sure the lead coming from the phone is plugged into the wall port correctly. 

3. Make sure DND, NIGHT MODE or DIVERTS are not enabled on phone. 

4. Try dialing *720 to wipe any user settings out into phone accidentally.

5. If phone is crackling try another phone to identify if it is the phone or the line at fault.
