User and print display in job list |  |
By default, Konica devices don't show user information or the print job name when checking the job list, to allow this, login as the administrator and:
Security > Security Details > Personal Data Security Settings
Set the display sections to mode 1 (default to mode 2), and the jobs will now display the user information.
