Call Forwarding


Setting up a call forward on a 3CX extension to an external number is simple to achieve and can be easily setup through the web client on your logged-in extension.

 

Open the Web client for the extension.

 

  • Select the three dots below people, chat, etc
  • Select Settings
  • Select the Status Tab
  • Select available

 

 

 

In the ‘Forward external calls to’ section select the dropdown and choose External number, enter the number you require to redirect your calls to (see below)

 

Do the same for internal calls.

 

Your calls will now redirect to the external number, remember to set back to the original setting once the divert is no longer required.

 

 

As long as your status is 'available' calls will be directed to the external number (landline or mobile) you set.
