The default location of the Papercut license on the server's drive should be:
For a WIndows Based installation
C:\Program Files\PaperCut NG\server\application.license
or
C:\Program Files\PaperCut MF\server\application.license
For MAC OS based installations
/Applications/PaperCut NG/server/application.license
or
/Applications/PaperCut MF/server/application.license
For Linux based installations
~papercut/server/application.license
