Lexmark - Turn off Colour Correction

When using Lexmark XC4140DE it can sometimes cause logos and images to print slightly distorted. This is because of the colour correction setting found within the Lexmark configuration panel.

Here a simple guide to turn this feature off;

  1. Access the Lexmark device via the web page configuration panel – usually the default IP address assigned to it
  2. Login as a user with administrative rights
  3. Select settings from the left-hand panel
  4. Select print
  5. Select advanced imaging
  6. Select colour correction, and set this option to off. Icons and graphics should now print correctly.
